Meta bug suggestion for Depends on/ Blocks field of bug tracker

Description

The CC list on the bug tracker does suggestion when typing a name. The same approach would be nice for the meta bug list. If possible though.

Remembering meta bugs by number is rather hard. So I have to look up those number all the time. Which quite a time consuming business. Or I refrain from adding bugs to the available meta bugs. Which preferably shouldn't happen
