Should I add a note clarifying that download are being counted since March 1st?

Nice improvement. Wouldn't add this note. Rather think of an icon instead of the label "downloads" and about a sort option. Number of downloads is an important indicator next for the star-voting what users prefer. And as a advocate of tight integration it's more important to get the download count there.

I have added the option to sort by most downloaded extensions and changed the icon.
