What does “right page” means here? Please provide a mapping logic for LOvers=$MAJ.$MIN&LOlocale=$LANG-$LOCALE . Note also that the hub redirects blindly: LOlocale=nonexistent will point to a 404 page rather than the English homepage. This might or might not be desired.
