The "Related Extensions" section is not displaying other relevant extensions developed by the same author. For instance, when viewing the Marathi Spellchecker Plus extension, the most related extension, Marathi Spellchecker, is not listed. Additionally, other extensions hosted by the author are also missing from the Related Extensions section. This issue was not present yesterday and has started occurring recently.

Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to the following URL: Marathi Spellchecker Plus.

https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/extensions/show/20640

Scroll to the "Related Extensions" section.

Observe that the related Marathi Spellchecker extension and other extensions by the same developer are missing from the list.

This issue affects the visibility of related extensions, potentially impacting user access and discoverability.
