As we don't use patrolled edits and only administrators are patrolled by default (and don't have an additional group which can be assigned to trusted users) we should disable the patrolled edits.

For the case we do want to use that feature in future, we could also create an additional group which is holding only that right and which can be assigned to trusted users (and which is getting automatically added after a certain number of edits!)
