As administrator it's easiest to go to the custom GroupImport control, as that lists the NL-groups nicely without having to switch around like wild.

So pick/open the NL-Group, and then just use "add member", use some random password and use the "forgot password" functionality on the login screen to let the system send a pw-reset link to the newly created user. (of course not necessary if the user already had an account, then just adding to the group is enough)
