closedmodify redmine theme to collapse the box next to the ticket list

Description
either make it collapsable, or display it above/below the ticket list. It grabs so much important screen estate with only little benefit.
Simple method is to remove the right-margin declaration at line 37 in
https://redmine.documentfoundation.org/themes/gitmike/stylesheets/application.css
that will allow the ticket list to expand to the whole page-width (but wastes vertical space in the header) - a collapsed-by-default box that displays above the list is preferable.
Edit: whether box should be collapsed by default or not can be decided based on browser window width. If > X pixels, then show always, like it is now, otherwise make it collapsed by default/expandable on top of the list

Could be done with https://github.com/bdemirkir/sidebar_hide - poke me when we meet over a beer or so, then I install it. I don't want anyone else to mess with Redmine than me at the moment, I need it daily, and it can be broken too easy :)
