teach redmine to link to requested URL after session-expired/login

Description

currenlty when you follow a link that is access-restricted, you're presented with the login-screen.

But after authenticating, you're not sent back to the URL you wanted to visit.

minor thing, but little bit annoying, as ~all other tools will do that for you.

Probably nothing we can fix for the moment besides filing upstream - no
configuration option within Redmine, and if a plugin existed (which I
doubt), I'm still quite hesitant with installing those
