The intranet wiki is not used anymore. It should be removed, with data migrated to WebDAV and/or ownCloud.
- Status changed from New to In Progress
Set up internal wiki in Redmine to migrate data to
- Tracker changed from Feature to Task
- Priority changed from Normal to Low
Migrated first pages, rest in the works, not high priority though
- Subject changed from remove intranet wiki to migrate infra category of intranet wiki to Redmine
- Assignee changed from Florian Effenberger to Alexander Werner
Changing topic and re-assigning to Alex
I have migrated all existing data, besides the infrastructure stuff
Alex, can you have a look and migrate things over to Redmine?
Remember that they should go to the private infrastructure project to avoid they are made public
From a quick look, here's a list of pages that we might want to preserve - I would leave it at your discretion though, also what goes public in MediaWiki and what stays in the private wiki:
- Category:Infrastructure (merely for the contact data) -> private
- Bilbo_cleanup
- EC2
- GITSphinx
- Etherpad, can possibly go public
- Gerrit, possibly superseded by the infra-docs file
- Hetzner_BIOS_Defaults -> please keep/move for floeff in private wiki at Redmine
- MirrorBrain_Layout
- Plone
- Public_Mailing_Lists
- Silverstripe
- SMTPMassJPBerlin -> please move to private Redmine wiki
Note for future reference: We generall discourage use of the Redmine wiki, as we do have a MediaWiki. However, for some internal stuff, having it in Redmine is better than in another tool, this the above request.
- Priority changed from Low to Urgent
Raising priority to finally kill this one
Notes from last adminc all: file again in redmine note with bot account
Update: This was for Bugzilla, not the wiki, my bad
- Status changed from In Progress to Closed
Crucial Data was migrated, Intranet Wiki can now be deleted.
