Description

libocon.com doesn't work, brings up error 503 - maybe a wrong Plone proxy setting? New LibOCon sites are Silverstripe-based
Other libocon.* domains might be affected as well

Setting low priority, as this domain name is not used in public atm

updated DNS entries for con, net, org to point to "new gucky" - should fix the problem once propagated.
(also added the proxy-entries for accessing the plone based 2012 and 2013 sites)
