- reboots
- monitoring adjustments
- Subject changed from general and ongoing server maintenance to general and ongoing server maintenance incl. monitoring
- Description updated (diff)
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Assignee changed from Alexander Werner to Christian Lohmaier
Shifting to Cloph due to the infra changes
- Assignee changed from Christian Lohmaier to Guilhem Moulin
re-assigning to Guilhem in order to clean up Redmine queues
Do we have a regular maintenance window outside business hours? Previously, it has been ~4/5am during the week in case of reboots and bigger changes, so we don't have downtimes during critical hours.
Oh? I've been told it's around that time on Sat-Sun nights. At least that's the window I've been using so far. Looking at the infra pad it seems to be in place since late September 2016 (so just be before I joined).

I'm asking b/c I don't know myself ;-)
4/5 am Berlin time on Saturday or Sunday morning sound fine to me, as it
doesn't interrup with daily business
Would that time work out for you too?

We didn't have to make use of this very often in the past, and assuming it doesn't become a must-do every week, then sure!

Sounds good indeed - it shouldn't become a weekly activity given that
time of the day, of course :)
