To prepare that in time, we should identify key stakeholders and reach out for a coordination on date and time - otherwise we have to rush, which is not really ideal

Adding Norbert, Björn and Cloph for the dev side, assuming they are interested

Action item for Alex is to coordinate finding of a day and time with enough time upfront
