https://code.google.com/p/gerrit/issues/detail?id=3970 annoys firefox using developers as gerrit "grabs" ctrl+c and ctrl+t combinations on firefox (dropping the ctrl, thus acting like c or t was pressed as short access codes to edit reviewer list or editing topic instead of copying/opening a new tab.

2.11.9 has been released last Monday and includes the fix https://gerrit-releases.storage.googleapis.com/index.html

Who takes care of that?
Gerrit downtimes should be planned and announced beforehand and
accordingly, and take place outside of business hours, so we need some
roadmap on this one.

Possibly something for one of the next maintenance windows?

Closing, we're on 2.13 now. IIRC the upgrade to ≥2.11.9 took place in Feb 2018.
