I'm talking to Olivier and Heiko about having interviews with documentation and design people too, and not just coders.

Michael Meeks suggests adding more background questions (rather than just technical LO ones) to make contributors feel especially valued, and part of a big community with mutual interests and understanding:
- Programming is about people: so please tell us a bit about yourself: Name / IRC nick / Nationality / Location / Timezone / Family details / Blog link / Interesting hobbies or passions
- What was your very first program?
- What do you do when you're not hacking on LibreOffice?
- When do you usually spend time on the project?
- Which is your preferred text editor? And why?
- Did you work on Free Software projects before LibreOffice?
- What Operating System do you use mainly?
- How did you hear about LibreOffice?
- What was your first contribution to LibreOffice?
- What was your initial experience of contributing to LibreOffice like?
- What do you think was your most important contribution to LibreOffice
so far?
- How will that improve things for users?
- What is your vision for the future and/or what would you most like to
see improved?
- Anything else interesting you get up to when not hacking?
- What other question would you like to answer (with answer)?

The next contributor interview is now online: https://blog.documentfoundation.org/blog/2016/08/24/libreoffice-contributor-interview-franklin-weng/
I added the questions Michael Meeks suggested (great ideas, thanks!), and I also sent out interview questions to 10 other contributors yesterday. Responses are already coming in, so we should have a backlog to keep the blog busy for the next couple of months.

Added a DLP interview: https://blog.documentfoundation.org/blog/2016/09/26/document-liberation-project-interview-alex-pantechovskis/
But there will be a bit of a break now in October and probably November, as we have the Community Weeks and Month of LibreOffice. I have a backlog of interviews though so can run some in November if it gets quiet.

Continuing with video interviews that I did at FOSDEM:
Still plenty more to come -- I'm trying to find enough time each week to edit and upload at least one.
