Description

The new wiki vm, is not salted, has a lot of local undocumented changes.

It also talks "dirty" using german language :-)

Instead of playing catchup and hope I see all changes, It would be much simpler to reinstall the vm, and make all changes directly in SALT.

tdf/hosts/vm163 is prepared for a base installation.
