Description
One core developer (at least) do not like the "A polite ping" after 1 month, and "abandon" after 1 month more without activity.
Suggestion is to allow -2 to bypass abandon.
This might lead to wrong statistics, but that is to be seen.
Esc-mentoring.py needs to be corrected.
