Description

@Christian, *

The Update Service landing page logic seems to be misrouting for some OS and locales.

tdf#106186 https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=106186 is for a user on 64-bit Windows de-DE landing on 32-bit build from a 64-bit build check.php landing.

It works correctly for en-US builds.

Seems to be, but OP never responded.

Looking at the links in the PHP, any logic of selecting 32/64 bit builds would be on the landing pages and not in the PHP script. Guess the PHP script would need to be changed to automate this?

But for the new (at 5.3) default (en) landing page there is a drop list to "Choose your operating system:", when that template is translated for all download links in the "localize_map" it probably would be enough.

Not sure I got all the details - but at least all the links I tried seem to work for me properly
Closing this one, please reopen if still a problem
