Description
Currently the "Report Bug" link at the footer of Gerrit (https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/) links to https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/. But, according to https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Category:Infrastructure, infrastructure bugs need to be filed on Redmine, not Bugzilla.
Therefore a suggestion: Change that "Report Bug" link to point to https://redmine.documentfoundation.org/projects/infrastructure
Also, please note that there is no category for "Gerrit" here on Redmine issues (but there is one for Askbot, Pootle, etc.). Should one be created?

Can you talk to Norbert (shm_get) about this? Gerrit is mainly "his
baby" ;-)

I just did so, but let's talk to Norbert whether to make use of it or not.

Norbert, would you be interested in upload the change on the server if someone makes a change to the repository or would you prefer to do it directly please? Otherwise, it could be an 'EasyHack'.

Done. Note that 2.16.15 (and 3.0.6) use “Send feedback” as link name. The string is hardcoded and was changed back to “Report bug” in 3.1:
