I’m the main Spanish translator for LibreOffice.
Some years ago, I was able to customize some fields in Pootle to display “language instructions” and “translation project instructions” at the right side of https://translations.documentfoundation.org/es/ and its subpages. It seems that I can’t access these settings anymore with the new version of Pootle.

Hi Adolfo, I just checked and you are admin of the ES project, so you're not missing permissions. With the new version of Pootle, this part is no more accessible to admin of projects, only to admins of Pootle itself.

I don’t think I can close the task, but your edit looks OK :) Thanks a lot, Sophie.
That said, I wonder what was the rationale for Pootle developers to remove control of this field from language admins — it just doesn’t make sense to me.
