Task #2412
open
New Mac osx machine for bibisect repos in jenkins

Description
Currently we have machines creating bibisect repos for win and linux but we don't have for MAC OSX.
mmeeks talked with Norbert and we should have one for MAC OSX too:
<mmeeks> x1sc0: shm_get says that the Linux & Mac bisect building should be identical
<mmeeks> x1sc0: so we should get a machine to update the repo there I guess if we can ...
Who's working on that task, is that you, or does it need a taker?
I don't know how this kind of request were handle in the past... Should infra take of this? or should the board agree on getting a new mac osx machine first?

For Mac OS, I think mostly Norbert did that actually, but Cloph also has
one or two machines.
So, three questions:
- Could you do it in principle, with some of Cloph's support?
- Is new hardware required, or does the existing suffice?
- Does the box need to be local at home, or is it fine in a data center?
What I propose is to talk during Tuesday's team call both with Cloph and
Sophie. Sophie knows available hardware, IIRC there are one or two
available Mac Minis that we could use for that purpose.

Since building the bibisect repo is a recurrent task, the best would be to have it in a data center, I guess the current Linux and Win machines for bibisects ( https://ci.libreoffice.org/computer/tb79-pollux/ and https://ci.libreoffice.org/computer/tb68-bytemark/ ) are in a data center, aren't they?
If we have already hardware, I guess we won't need a new one.
Until now, the bibisect repos for mac were created in this machine, https://ci.libreoffice.org/computer/tb66/, which is in Dallas, and it's used as tinderbox for mac too. COuld it be possible to move this machine as part of 'infra' ?
