Description
So if a valid mirror, here https://mirror.kumi.systems/tdf is rather low performance, should project be recommending it preferentially?
Not sure how we would check but seems like we should be considering QOS in our MirrorBrain supported distribution.

Tried from various places in Germany, download took between 34secs (6.8MiB/s) and 2min (1.9MiB/s). Measuring performance from the other side of the big pond doesn't mean much :-P It's quite possible that the mirror's upstream pipe had some hiccups yesterday, but AFAICT it's serving files at reasonable speed at the moment and I therefore don't see any reason to lower its priority right now.

Closing this for now, since no one complained in the past 3 weeks I assume the mirror's network issue was temporary.
