Description
We are not able to create posts on:
https://ask.libreoffice.org/zh-cn
Due to the block of google service here in China. That is why there is currently zero posts for zh-cn.
Please, try to disable the google staff for zh-cn.
Also, if possible, please grant admin rights accordingly so we can try to set the zh-cn site up.

I have checked this site, there are two Google services sightly used in this site: Google Fonts and reCAPTCHA.
Google Fonts service an be replaced by other services that offers an mirror. Firefox having three extensions can do it:
Replace Google CDN https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/replace-google-cdn/
Ignore Google Scripts https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/ignore-google/
URLRedirector https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/urlredirector/
Chrome Web Store also has some counterparts:
Replace Google CDN https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/replace-google-cdn/kpampjmfiopfpkkepbllemkibefkiice
Ignore Google Scripts https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ignore-google-scripts/jhjnmelgpccagmnpcogjcdfdmgchhpce
URLRedirector https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/maolmdhneopinciaokgohljhpdedekee
So Google Fonts is not a problem. However there is no replacement for reCAPTCHA, so you have to access it via fanqiang in China and thus so many people from there are in fact blocked.

ask.libreoffice.org seems accessable without reCAPTCHA.

Yes, users can register, login and view posts. The problem is that we can not create new posts. When a new post is to be published, it requires reCALTCHA.

Kevin: now we migrated to Discourse and reCAPTCHA and Google Fonts are not in use. Can you try the site?

Yes, it works now, I can login using my libreoffice account and post a ticket. But we face another problem: the site loading is very slow, see the attached firefox har log.
