Description

I suggest to change the current default. At least my expectation would be that users want to subscribe when they add a comment to a bug or change other things. Might be debatable, though.

When you create a new bug report, even if you are not in the CC list, you will get notifications, which is expected, but for other actions like writing comments, it's up to the user whether they want to be in the CC list or not, either by selecting the option 'Add me to the CC list' or changing the account preference 'Automatically add me to the CC list of bugs I change'.
This decision has always been made by the user and I believe it has to be kept like this, otherwise it might bother many people, specially long time QA contributors or developers.
My take is to close it as Rejected
