change some wiki configuration

Description
OK, I'm reading some configurations and importing URL blacklists to prevent the spammer (or the two spammers) at the weekend.
Some task which would be useful:
1) after the weekend: remove the two added useragents from our blacklist. the 1) (with 3 in Apple or Webkit) is very likely fixed and the iPod one will have changed, too (I believe)
2) I'm reading a How-To prevent spam: please add the empty user agent as described at http://www.umasswiki.com/wiki/UMassWiki:Blocking_Spam_In_Mediawiki#Blank_User_Agents to our .htaccess (although I haven't seen anybody with an empty user agent so far!)
3) The idea at http://www.umasswiki.com/wiki/UMassWiki:Blocking_Spam_In_Mediawiki#ConfirmEdit describes how the extension ConfirmEdit (already installed) is to configure that new users only get to bothered with our questions either when registering or when adding URLs to any page (actually every spammer so far!)
I will expand the list if I'm finished with the list and/or find other ideas. As the spammers are only active on weekend and this is doable for me alone (interestingly) I'm marking that task with priority low...
I'm sorry, April is extremely busy for me, no time to look into that
before May :-( Best is to talk to Alexander Werner, or even better, kick
off a discussion on the website list. I am happy to join should I find
time, but don't rely on me during the next four weeks... :/

As new member of the admin team (welcome!), Alex will give you server access shortly, so you can have a look. Let's allow for a couple of days to be set up - in case you haven't received credentials by next week, please poke Alex ;-)
Deactivated (commented out) the user agent rewrite rule. Let us see what happens. Since then we changed the captcha system, so I don't expect any changes at the moment.
- Tracker changed from Feature to Task

UMasswiki is down - blocked by robots.txt so no archive.org
Extension:Bad_Behavior is having problems with caching --> nogo
closing ticket. Most problems are resolved by reactivating recaptcha.
