Description
I was thinking that adding a check box called “I solemnly swear that I have searched the existing reports and found no duplicates” would be a nice idea. Something like this:

Well, we have a live duplication search feature. If the use doesn't check these, they will simply ignore this checkbox, too.

Dennis: I’m talking about the BSA here, and you’re talking about the Bugzilla form, which is obviously not seen when a user uses the BSA.

We do already have a duplicate live search which shows tickets with similar keywords!

I think this can be rejected, as the BSA is not used anymore, we rather
use guide forms which have an integrated search feature
