get infra staff buy-in for BugZilla migration time

Description
Current plan is to do the BugZilla migration right in the middle of the (European) night. Given most infra staff is from there, this needs a buy-in from them, in case their help is needed.

Who should we coordinate with in infra? I believe that Cloph is on board, but I'll ping Alex as well.

I'm a tad worried that this task is late already. If you want to do the migration in the middle of the night, you need a firm commitment from either Alex or Cloph, and as outlined in the ticket, I assume it will be hard to get them in the middle of the night.
I added this ticket a week ago with a due date of last Friday - why has nothing happened so far? We are losing valueable time.
Please either call Cloph or get him on IRC, NOW
Alex will be returned from a trip in ~24 hours, please do the same with him TOMORROW

Performing the migration at that time was suggested by Bjoern. Whatever day is chosen for the migration, I still think it is a reasonable time slot for the migration, assuming that Tollef is agreeable to be awake at that time as well. I'll ask both Tollef and the rest of the infra people who will or might be needed to help out with specifics during the migration operation to describe the best times for them, as well as what times would work for them (even if said times aren't their first choice!). These particulars may change between now and the migration day, but should give us a rough idea of what staff will probably/potentially be available.

Closing this one, as we talk about it in our weekly call anyways, and infra is there
