A marketing/conference case needs to be organized for Europe
Description: basic items for conferences, trade shows, events, in an easy-to-carry and easy-to-ship box
Details to be coordinate with Florian, as there is a volunteer from the German community to help with this

Fosdem: contacted Thomas who will bring material with him, he will arrived on Friday evening. Walter will send the material to someone coming, waiting for his answer if he knows to whom send it.

Answers from Walter:
We will send it to the hotel, where the Person lives, that is going to be first at Fosdem. We also have a good friend who lives in Brussels and who might help.
In the moment we are waiting till everybody knows, when je goes and if in car or train.

If you can double-check with Thomas he really joins FOSDEM, that'd be great
About the hotel, can you maybe coordinate with Walter to have it sent to your hotel and arrange it with the hotel?
If that fails, IMHO Walter said he has friends in Brussels who could take the package as well as fallback

I read fromt he PDF that there is no tape, rope, vinces, banner, so I'll carry those to Brussels.

So Walter will send the material to the Astrid hotel, I gave him the address. Thomas will arrived in Brussels Friday evening.

Papes cannot send to Brussels. Options: Send to hotel (they might refuse it), send to betacoworking (someone has to pick it up from there), or Eike carries it. Will keep you posted when I have details.

For Germany and Europe, we have some materials left and a box has been organized. Let's see what's left after FOSDEM and what we need.

As discussed during the last call, I'd like to proceed with that. If we can have some concrete proposals what should be in there within the next weeks, depending on how much time conference organization and Pootle take, that'd be great.
Please also coordinate with Robinson, as he has a similar ticket (#903).
