I believe we agreed to give it 6 months from EOL to give time for
transition.

6 months passed by the END of LIFE of the 4.1.x which was set on May 28, 2014
so it's time to clean the bugzilla version dropdown and remove all the 4.1.x RCs,
leav[ing] just the final releases like it has already been done in previous
dead branches

This of course will need to be done for each Release Branch, 6 months after the EOL.
