Description
We should organize an admin weekend in spring, e.g. at Linuxhotel, which could be combined with:
- Plone workshop (Andreas)
- Silverstripe webcast (Cloph #1161)
- plan dedicated admin workshops on specific topics incl. remote participation -> identify a few key projects to enable volunteers to get involved
- come up with a list of EasyHacks to follow-up
- interaction with documentation community to provide "starter" documentation for new admins
August 21-23 would be best, September 4-6 as alternative

Starting a Doodle and organizing a venue (Florian happy to create contact to Linuxhotel) by end of February is fine

Need to re-prioritize and re-schedule due to the recent infra story that needs our attention
There's a lot of work coming up, so I'd remove trips to Thomas Krenn and manitu
As a meeting will always exclude people due to travel requirements, let's first have the admin call (#998) and then handle this later on

last admin call didn't handle it? any chanc for to do this is essen (well except norbert as he said)? maybe even with a visit there as discussed at the great burger restaurant at the opensourcetreffen a few months ago? or any new proposal?

Didn't make it due to time constraints in the admin call, but we indeed
plan for Essen, tentatively in July or so

poke all admins (list_members tdf-admin) individually to agree one one date, and then offer also the the general public; best is to do ASAP
