The legacy Bug Submission Assistant has not been working for a while, and might not be revitalized for a couple of reasons. Instead, the Bugzilla guided forms should be used.

This ticket involves:

1. Setting up the guided forms in our Bugzilla instance -> https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=LibreOffice&bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&format=guided&buildid=LibreOffice_5.1.0.0.alpha1&additional_info=
2. Editing/updating http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/feedback/ to point to this assistant
3. Ensuring that the integrated error reporting menu item from within LibreOffice points to the right URL, by rewriting URLs like http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/feedback/?LOversion=5.0.0.5&LOlocale=de&LOmodule=

I strongly propose to go live with a basic set that can always be extended later on (like more OS details etc.), as right now we don't have any easy means for feedback.
