I'm a little wary about deleting user accounts in Bugzilla. I believe it's possible to just change the email address associated with the account, or to do something like this:

Would one of those other options work well for you?

Not really. I hate to have redundant accounts, and the Mozilla guys
claim this is possible. Alternatively, setting a bogus address &
disabling it from further use is what is suggested here:
