Task #2040
closedcorrect mail sent by Silverstripe Membership Application Form

Description
Mails are sent with
subject [tdf-membership] Membership Application Form
reply-to <applicant mailadres>
This makes searching for information on certain persons very tedious, at least in Thunderbird, where the standard filter doesn't check reply-to.
Needed:
subject [tdf-membership] Membership Application Form <Given name> <Sir name>
Not sure if I may assign this to you cloph - feel free to change.
Thanks!

Cloph, if there's someone else who can have a look let me know, but I
assume this is one for you.

Cloph, do you have an idea what the reason might be?

or a pointer & proper rights ;) that might help MC-enthusiasts?

I know it's quite some items on your desk now, but - any chance for an ETA, Cloph? I think this issue makes the MC's work more complicated, so we should have a look soon

- Estimated time set to 5:00 h
I guess a special-handling for the form's subject in membership notification mail can be done in 4-5 hours. Might be able to do it with the silverstripe version bump that I have planned for after the beta2/later this week.

Did a quick'n'dirty hardcoding of the subject of the membership form.
Dirty since it will break/needs adjustments when the titles of the name fields changes. I.e. when you change the labels "Name(s)*
" or "Surname*
" to something else, the subject will fail to include the values/the change will have to be reflected in userforms/code/model/UserDefinedForm.php

OK, fine for me. If that ever happens, we'll probably remember this limitation.
