URL for donations page in Turkish does not make sense

Description

Hello,
The Turkish page for donations is currently: 

http://tr.libreoffice.org/ba-yapn/

The "ba-yapn" is trying to be "bağış-yapın" but the Turkish characters does not allow it. So a better URL would be: 

http://tr.libreoffice.org/bagis-yapin/

I am currently preparing a flyer for the donations but putting a direkt link with "ba-yapn" at its end makes no sense. The URL needs to be changed as stated.
