I've disabled the Gravatar plugin, so this makes a lot of sense now.

Guilhem, can you
1. check if the plugin allows for complete disabling of Gravatar and only allow local plugins
2. deploy it when it works for you

Done. The plugin is said to be “compatible with Redmine 2.1 - 3.3”, but AFAICT it also works with 3.4.7.

It's unfortunate that we can't share these with our services showing avatars (Nextcloud & Wordpress at least), though.
