Hi, sorry for the delay, two issues:
  • you were only in the _administrate group for Spanish, but not for Asturian or Aragonese. Since other members of that group never logged in or only years go, I added you to those groups
  • actual permission on the groups was not applied, so while the project itself did allow creation of new translation, none of the regular users actually had the corresponding permission flag that weblate checks in addition to the project settings.

Catalan translation exists already, but you should now be able to create them for Spanish, Asturian and Aragonese as well.
