arrange RewriteRules to be put live on FDO BugZilla after migration

Description
It is necessary to arrange RewriteRules to be put live on FDO BugZilla after migration
Norbert has good contact to FDO to clarify issues, I guess
Note this is time-critical and needs to happen when the switch is plugged and #762 is met positively

After talking with Norbert, my current understanding is that Tollef will be providing these rewrite rules. I'll clarify the details with Tollef after we receive the updated db dump.
Migration-day timeline with estimates on task times is here: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/Bugzilla/TDF_Bugzilla_Proposal#Time_for_migration

Given that we only have about 8 days left to meet the November 12 deadline, please clarify with Tollef now whether he provides the Rewrite Rules or whether we have to come up with them. This in no way blocks on a database dump, and can easily be done in parallel

Update: Cloph outlined in https://redmine.documentfoundation.org/issues/753#note-1 that FDO is taking care of that. Please clarify with Cloph now what needs doing. If I read it correctly, redirection could already be worked on. Again, please clarify NOW with Cloph

We've already tested various services using an independent Bugzilla install, but I've opened #829 so that we can go through the consumer list one by one and verify that each service continues to run correctly when driven by the test install backed with FDO data.
Regarding Rewrite rules, the completion of this task does have to wait until the actual migration date; given that the redirection is being handled by FDO, this bug is just waiting for that to occur.

- Due date deleted (
2014-11-15) - Priority changed from Urgent to Normal
Removing priority and deadline for the moment, to be revisited when other tasks are done and deadline is clear
Updated by Florian Effenberger about 10 years ago
- Due date set to 2014-12-21
Best is to clarify this before vacation
Cloph's take is the implementation will take place in BugZilla

Can you clarify this alongside #761?

When Tollef provides a new DB dump, I'll ask for clarification about the redirect plans. It would be nice to know that this mechanism is in place and functional before the migration date, but I don't see that as being critical to the migration process.

Keep in mind Tollef will be on vacation early January IIRC, so this should be dealt with soon

Based on my last conversation with Tollef, he said he wasn't sure he'd be able to provide a copy of the modifications to me before his vacation, but that he envisioned the changes as minor, and something he could deal with after his break. He seemed comfortable with the situation, so I was inclined to go with the flow.

Please put this on the tood list for the migration day, so it is taken care of ;-)

Migration rewrite rules are in place, courtesy of Tollef. Any outstanding issues re: redirection, etc.. can be covered under existing bug reports or filed as a new bug report.
