As described in feature #761, FDO is currently running Bugzilla 4.4.5, however Tollef may make a minor upgrade (to 4.4.6) in the near future. Tollef will let us know if the upgrade occurs, and we can ask for an updated db dump for exact-version testing.
tl;dr -- Schema will be 4.4.5, unless Tollef applies the point update on the FDO server.
