Bugzilla Migration: Give 1 week warning about the move

Description
As Norbert notes, it's important for us to send out a reminder 1 week before the migration.
This should include very short, simple information, including the fact that people will need to reset their passwords.
- Copied from Feature #752: communication of BugZilla changes added
- Due date changed from 2015-01-16 to 2015-01-17
- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
All set here, email notification out to TDF lists.
- Rob Snelders is testing the BSA code, but we won't mention that in this email as it's unclear if we'll have that ready by the migration day.
- Email sent out early Sunday so I can say "Next Saturday" without confusion.
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
