Change Default Bugzilla Architecture from "Other" to "All"

Description
Currently the default architecture for bugzilla is "Other" - this is literally never applicable. My suggestion:
1. Change default to "All"
2. Consider getting rid of "Other" all together - if there are other architectures, add them explicitly and remove "other" as it's not helpful
1 was already discussed with Robinson and he agreed, #2 is a new idea not yet discussed :)
1 seems very easy (no more than 1 hour, likely less than half of that). #2 I'm less sure about
