Evgeny, any news? ;-)

Hi Evgeny,
Here are some issues encountered by the Hebrew project, is it possible to solve them?
------------------
Second there are 2 things bothering me:
1. We may also need some help in the field of RTL mirroring of the system
otherwise it will render unusable.
2. There are many issues I've opened in Transifex due to misunderstanding
or non-i18n strings (which I can't translate because the'yll look very
awkward or unreadable in Hebrew), who's in charge? How can I make sure the
issues are getting any attention?
-------------------
Thanks a lot in advance - Sophie

Hi Sophie,

Regarding the Hebrew-related issues in Transifex: I am suggesting the translator to keep moving on with the strings that can be translated; the near future version will have the strings with issues fixed (I have fixed most of them, just need to push to Transifex).

RTL - does require work in the templates and style sheets and will be implemented.

Thank you so much! I'll follow-up with Yaron

Hebrew site is up. I've made the site to auto-reload the translation every hour.

Is it possible to notify Guilhem Moulin - I made a change to /etc/cron.hourly/askbot - to make sure that the file is not overwritten by the server management scripts?

The following script was added to he hourly cron job

bash /srv/ask/dev/pulltx.sh > /dev/null

Surely you're aware of that, but this sends the following to stderr

/etc/cron.hourly/askbot:
WARNING!!! You are using a 'locmem' (local memory) caching backend,
which is OK for a low volume site running on a single-process server.
For a multi-process configuration it is neccessary to have a production
cache system, such as redis or memcached.
With local memory caching and multi-process setup you might intermittently
see outdated content on your site.
Please run command
python manage.py collectstatic

And thus spams our inbox. So I also (temporarily) void stderr for now.
