As discussed with Nigel Verity on the marketing list:

I'm thinking of a series of images with "Small change, big impact" or something, showcasing many of the community contributions that didn't require huge amounts of work, but make a big difference for end users nonetheless. Maybe with a pic of the developer and a quote...

I'll start to get examples of these changes, from release notes, and create a set of images we can post.
