That's not a bug -
http://listarchives.documentfoundation.org/www/board-discuss works,
there's just no directory index :)

well, no listing of / browsable index of public ML?

We disabled that for a reason - just don't remember which one. Maybe for
private lists or the like...

we have an archive just for the sake of having an archive :-)
the archives aren't searchable and also navigation is mediocre at best - I always direct users to mail-archive.com 's archives :-)
But yeah, we probably should add a index document that at least states "see our list of mailinglists for links to the archives" or similar.

Can I help in this? (Maybe prepare an index document or something else)

Sure! We can upload any regular HTML file ;-)

- File listarchives.html listarchives.html added
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Assignee set to Jean Spiteri
- % Done changed from 0 to 50
I know a lot of time has passed from the last reply but I saw the situation has not changed, so anyway, I have prepared a simple HTML page with a list of links and also a link to the Mailing Lists page on the official LibreOffice website. The page fetches only the logo from the wiki, the rest is all in this page.
I'm uploading it here. Please let me know of any feedback and the next steps, if I need to do anything else.

Thanks a lot for your work on this!
Didn't have a closer look, but maybe Guilhem can have a look ;-)

Thanks, uploaded :-) I just changed the scheme from http:// to https:// to avoid leaks and double redirects.
