Wrong URL related to attachments in email

Hi all, I received an email about this bug
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=84425
in this email I can read:
Comment # 11 on bug 84425 from Robert Gonzalez MX
Created attachment 116668 [details]

in particular "attachment 116668" and "[details]" are two wrong links, they are
https://attachment.cgi/?id=116668
and
https://attachment.cgi/?id=116668&action=edit
instead of
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=116668
and
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=116668&action=edit
that means Bugzilla forget to add the base URL
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org
I believe this can be easily fixed in Bugzilla configuration.
